The works involved the construction (including substantial contractor designed elements) of a new Waste Transfer Facility for Stirling Council in a rural setting.
The works comprised a new steel framed and clad building with internal concrete ground floor slab; a single storey timber framed building providing office accommodation, canteen, locker rooms, toilets and storage. As part of our commitment to promoting sustainability in our projects, we are currently installing two biomass boilers, solar panels and wind turbine on the site.
Ogilvie also undertook extensive external works including hard standings, fencing, parking and associated drainage and services.
