Ogilvie undertook the design and build of a new mixed-use development incorporating residential, retail and local authority offices with the provision of enhanced residents and town centre car parking.
Resident accommodation comprises of 39 1 and 2 bedroom flats over three floors.
Retail provision is afforded at both main street level and at the car park level extending to approximately 25,000sqft.
Council office accommodation extends to approximately 40,000sqft over 4 levels. The fit-out of this building included with the proposals key components of the council offices are:
