Ogilvie has recently completed the extensive refurbishment of the elegant Victorian Perthshire mansion into a luxury 15-bedroom and Gate Lodge, five-star hotel. The existing suites within the building were rationalised to provide a better layout for the new hotel. The public areas consist of drawing and dining rooms, a billiard room/library and new kitchens. The works comprised of:
- 15 new bedrooms including a sitting room and high quality en-suite bathroom
- Refurbishment of existing Gate Lodge
- New conservatory style extension
- New water and heating services installation
- Complete redecoration to exceptional high standard
- External works to car park and roof
